Pursuant to Gramm Leach Bliley Act & 16 C.F.R. Title 313 in connection with your transaction with AutoProcessing.Com or any authorized dealer may obtain information about you as described in this notice, which we handle as stated in this notice.

*  Information we receive from you on applications or other forms:

*  Information about your transaction with us, our affiliates, or others; and

*  Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.

2.  We may disclose all of the information that we collect about you as described above, while you are a consumer, customer, or former customer, to our affiliates and non-affiliated third parties. 

3.  We may disclosed non public personal information about you, while you are a consumer, customer, or former customer to the following types of third parties:

*  Financial service providers;

*  Non-financial companies, such as market research firms, automobile   manufacturers, and others.

4.  We also may disclose non public personal information about you to non-affiliated third parties as permitted and /or required by law, government order, and/or regulations, including judicial orders. 

5.  If you prefer that we not disclose non public personal information about you to non-affiliated third parties, you may opt out of those disclosures (other than disclosures permitted and/or required by law, government order, and/or regulations, including judicial orders).  IF YOU WISH TO OPT OUT OF ANY SUCH DISCLOSURES TO NON-AFFILIATED THIRD PARTIES, YOU CAN CHOOSE TO DO SO BY CHECKING THE BOX ON THE CREDIT APPLICATION.
